Experience
Ex-Employee of Sun Capital Advisory Private Limited as a Debt Executive ( Debt Syndication) where I focus to analyse financial statements of the clients who are interested in raising funds.
-Understanding the terms of the existing credit facilities availed by them and evaluating the possibility of refinancing the same.
-Carrying out the detailed financials for the client using financial modelling to demonstrate their repayment capacity of the company.
-Coordinating with Banks, NBFC’s, ARC’s, etc regarding client's proposals and providing them with the required information and explanation regarding the same right up to disbursement of the facilities.
